SP said the accused will be arrested soon
In Jamui on Tuesday, Additional Police Station Officer Prabhat Ranjan, posted at Garhi police station, was crushed by a sand mafia with a tractor. The miscreants also crushed a Home Guard jawan along with the Inspector. The soldier has been admitted to the hospital. Where his condition is said to be critical. SI Prabhat Ranjan of 2018 batch is a resident of Vaishali district of Bihar. Regarding the incident, Jamui SP Shaurya Suman said that it has come to light that the police station incharge was crushed by a tractor laden with sand. The police is investigating the matter. The accused is a resident of Nawada district. The police raided and detained the wife of the accused for questioning. Police have seized the tractor and the accused driver will soon be arrested.
