Former Chief Minister and National Vice President of BJP Vasundhara Raje reached Gulabpura on Monday night. Raje addressed a public meeting organized in support of BJP candidate Jabbar Singh from Gulabpura assembly seat. Earlier, Raje was welcomed by BJP workers.
While addressing the public meeting, former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje fiercely attacked Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Congress. He said that the condition of the state has completely deteriorated during the last 5 years of rule. Looting is going on in the name of law and order. Congress, which came to power by promising to waive off farmers’ loans, could neither waive off farmers’ loans nor provide employment to the youth. On the contrary, due to leaking of competitive examination papers, the future of the youth has become bleak.
Incidents of atrocities on women have increased in the state. Now Congress is roaming around with 7 guarantees, it will continue to roam around for the next 5 years. Candidate Jabbar Singh also addressed the meeting. Earlier, BJP workers welcomed Vasundhara Raje by raising slogans and garlanding her with flowers and wearing chunari. MP Subhash Bahedia, District President Prashant Mewada and BJP officials were present.
